We are a small family-run retail store in Santa Efigenia, the historic electronics district of Sao Paulo. We stock and sell professional audio equipment, home audio and video gear, and related accessories, with hands-on advice from staff who use the gear themselves.
We are Tiger Sound Pro Audio, the retail brand of TIGER COMERCIO DE EQUIPAMENTOS DE SOM PROFISSIONAL LTDA. We opened the shop on Rua dos Andradas in 2007 and we still work out of the same first-floor space, in the block of Santa Efigenia that has been Sao Paulo's electronics quarter for decades.
We sell professional audio equipment (mixers, powered speakers, microphones, cables, accessories), home audio and video products, and a curated selection of related consumer electronics. We are a licensed retail store under Brazilian CNAE 47.53-9-00, which does not require a specific operating permit at the municipal level for the activities we perform in-store.
The shop is small on purpose. We would rather stock brands we can stand behind and hand every customer a person who has actually plugged the thing in, than run a warehouse we never see.
Working musicians and cover bands, small venues and churches, event producers, home cinema hobbyists, and walk-in customers from the Santa Efigenia and Republica neighborhoods.
Analog and digital mixers, powered and passive speakers, stage and studio microphones, cables, stands, and rack accessories from brands we service and use ourselves.
Amplifiers and receivers, bookshelf and floor speakers, soundbars, media players, TV brackets, and the small consumer electronics that go around a proper home cinema setup.
Cables, connectors, adapters, stands, cases, replacement parts, and the everyday items that keep a rig or a home system working from one weekend to the next.
We also carry small selections of home textiles, personal care items, apparel and other retail goods listed on our CNPJ - carried mostly to serve neighborhood walk-in customers who come in for one thing and pick up another.
We perform basic installation of the equipment we sell at the counter - wall-mounting a speaker set, wiring a small PA, mounting a soundbar - always in-store or at the buyer's own address, never as a standalone contracting service.
Simple repair and maintenance of consumer electronics and home audio gear brought in over the counter. Estimates are free; we quote before we open anything.
Every sale, every quote and every after-sale question is handled directly by our own staff at the store. We do not outsource sales, we do not run a call center, and we do not resell leads. If you email the address on this page, one of us reads it and writes back.
Deliveries are handled either from the counter (for local pickup) or through standard shipping carriers for customers outside the neighborhood. Payment happens at the store or through the normal card and PIX methods a Brazilian retail store uses. All invoices are issued under the CNPJ shown on this site.
We are on the first floor at Rua dos Andradas, 359, in Santa Efigenia. Closest metro is Republica, five minutes on foot. Bring the gear you want repaired, or the room dimensions you are trying to fill with sound, and we will talk it through at the counter.
