1. Who runs this site
The website tigersom.online and the retail brand "Tiger Sound Pro Audio" are operated exclusively by TIGER COMERCIO DE EQUIPAMENTOS DE SOM PROFISSIONAL LTDA ("the company"), a Brazilian limited-liability company registered under CNPJ 08.760.271/0001-57, with its store at R. dos Andradas, 359 - 1st floor, Santa Efigenia, Sao Paulo/SP, CEP 01.208-001. Any reference to "we", "us" or "our" in this document is a reference to the same legal entity.
2. Purpose of the site
This site describes our retail store, the categories of products we sell over the counter, and the ways a customer can contact us. It is an informational site for our physical shop. Prices, availability and specific product listings are handled in person, by phone or by email.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use this website in good faith. You will not attempt to interfere with its normal operation, copy the content for commercial republication, misrepresent yourself when contacting us, or use any information from this site to defraud the company or third parties.

Bring the invoice when returning an item.

The name "Tiger Sound Pro Audio", the layout of this site, the logo and the written content are owned by the company. Brands and product images belonging to the manufacturers we resell remain the property of their respective owners and are shown only for the purpose of identifying the products we carry.
7. Trade name and domain ownership
"Tiger Sound Pro Audio" is used as a trade name by, and only by, TIGER COMERCIO DE EQUIPAMENTOS DE SOM PROFISSIONAL LTDA. The internet domain tigersom.online is registered to and administered by the same company. We do not license this trade name or this domain to third parties, and we do not operate through franchises or resellers under this name.
