This Privacy Policy applies to the website tigersom.online and to the retail operations of Tiger Sound Pro Audio, a trade name used exclusively by TIGER COMERCIO DE EQUIPAMENTOS DE SOM PROFISSIONAL LTDA ("we", "us", "the company"), CNPJ 08.760.271/0001-57, with its store at R. dos Andradas, 359 - 1st floor, Santa Efigenia, Sao Paulo/SP, CEP 01.208-001, Brazil.
The company is the sole controller of the personal data collected through this site and through in-store interactions. The domain tigersom.online is registered to and operated by the same legal entity. No third party is licensed to collect data on our behalf under this brand.
2. What we collect
We collect only the personal data we need to answer a question, process a sale or a repair, ship an order, or comply with our tax and accounting obligations. In practice this is:
- Identification data - name, phone number, email address, and, where an invoice is required, CPF or CNPJ.
- Shipping data - postal address, when we deliver an order.
- Transactional data - items purchased, service performed, dates, and amounts.
- Communication data - the content of emails, WhatsApp messages or messages sent through our site.
- Technical data - browser type, device, approximate location and pages viewed, when you visit tigersom.online.
3. How we use it
We use personal data to sell and deliver our products, to perform repairs and after-sale support, to issue invoices under the CNPJ shown above, to communicate with customers about their own orders, and to keep the store's accounting and tax records as required by Brazilian law.
We do not sell personal data. We do not rent our customer list. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Who has access
Access to personal data is limited to the staff members of the company who need it to do their job - the person who takes the order, the person who ships it, the person who does the bookkeeping. Payment processing runs through regulated Brazilian payment providers; shipping runs through licensed carriers. In each case we share only the specific data those partners need to complete the task.
5. How long we keep it
We retain personal data for as long as the customer relationship is active and, after that, for the periods required by Brazilian tax, commercial and consumer protection law. Marketing contacts (if any) are removed on request.

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018), you can ask us at any time to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, to delete it (subject to legal retention periods), or to withdraw a consent you had previously given. Our website uses only basic technical cookies needed for the pages to load and for us to understand, in aggregate, how many visitors we get and which pages they read. We do not run behavioral advertising on this site.
